  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to reject any content that violates these guidelines.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Specific search engine ranking improvements
  • Traffic increases to your website
  • That backlinks will remain indexed by search engines
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REL.LINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification
