At REL.LINK, we strive to deliver high-quality backlink services that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our platform.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your order within the specified timeframe (plus a 14-day grace period)
- Wrong Placement: If the backlink is placed on a website that differs significantly from what was ordered
- Early Removal: If your backlink is removed within 90 days of placement without a valid reason
- Technical Issues: If our platform errors result in duplicate charges or incorrect billing
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order placement and work has begun
- Dissatisfaction with search engine ranking results (rankings are not guaranteed)
- Content rejection due to violation of our content guidelines
- Backlink removal after 90 days of successful placement
- Search engine algorithm changes affecting link value
- Your website being penalized for reasons unrelated to our services
- Failure to provide required information (target URL, anchor text) within 30 days
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that work has not yet begun on your order.
After Work Begins
Once our team has started processing your order, cancellations are subject to a partial refund based on the work completed. Typically, a 25-50% processing fee will be deducted.
Completed Orders
Orders that have been fully delivered and live links provided are not eligible for cancellation or refund except in cases of early removal (see Section 2).
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide a detailed explanation of the issue
- Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
6. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Account Credit: Immediate (can be used for future purchases)
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
7. Link Replacement Guarantee
Instead of a refund, we offer a link replacement guarantee:
- If your backlink is removed within 90 days, we will replace it at no additional cost
- Replacement links will be of equal or greater value
- You may request up to 2 replacements per original order
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by a senior team member. Please email disputes@rel.link with "Refund Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond within 10 business days.
9. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending orders.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
